An hour-long dialectical class offered once a month to anyone who is in a primary role of leadership in ministry or elsewhere
"It is my deeply held conviction that fresh insights into continuing processes inspire us to not only keep going but to grow and thrive.
Leadership is no exception.
For those of us whom leadership is a part of our daily life and calling, we are especially hungry for this kind of fresh input and perspective on what we do. In my role as a consultant and speaker, I find that I am regularly coming in contact with what I would consider groundbreaking or paradigm-shifting ideas relating to leadership and all its component parts.
It is my intention to distill these insights into an hour long dialectical class offered once a month to anyone who is in a primary role of leadership in ministry or elsewhere. The class will not follow any set curriculum, rather it will be a conduit of new ideas, changing to meet our changing context and contemporary challenges."
